Global Recycled Standard (GRS)

Global Recycled Standard (GRS) are international, voluntary standards that set requirements for third-party certification of recycled input and chain of custody. The goal of the standards is to increase the use of recycled materials. The GRS includes additional criteria for social and environmental processing requirements and chemical restrictions. The objective of GRS is to reduce harmful impact of production to people and the environment, provide assurance that products are processed more sustainably and drive higher percentages of recycled content in products.

WRAP

It is the largest independent facility certification program in the world that mainly focuses on the apparel, footwear, and sewing products sectors. The certification are valid from six months to two years based on a facility's compliance with WRAP's 12 Principles.

Green Factory Schemes

Climate Change is a crowd-sector, cross-domain subject which has far reaching socio-economic and cultural impacts across the globe. Li Lian is one of the responsible manufacturers, we need to respond positively and ready ouselves to make greater effort to combat climate change

Convection Fan

At the beginning of factory construction, we have already decided to use convection fan in our packaging department building. We installed 5 big convection fans which can effectively decrease the indoor temperature of 3-5 °C

Water-cooled air conditioning systems

We minimize the emission of greenhouse gases from power generation plants to protect our environment by using energy-efficient water-cooled air conditioning system in our production line. The system consumes up to 70% less electricity than air-cooled air conditioning system.

LED Lighting instead of fluorescent lighting

LED tube lighting is the better choice because it can endure over 70,000 hours longevity and can get 30% more lighter.

Solar Panel

We have installed a scale of solar panel in our dormitory. In future, we will install two more sets of solar panels, project will start in 2020.

We can add different type of recycled yarn into our fabric, the yarn can be come from plastic bottle, used fabric, fisherman net, etc.

We can offer various recycled trims such as zippers, stoppers, elastic cord, padding, etc.

Biomaterials

Biomaterials are mainly divided into two categories: Bio source and Bio degradable. We offer both categories to our customer to suit their project needs.

Polybag is one of the critical topic in environmentally friendly issues. We offer polybag free packaging for particular products and we offer different types of environmentally friendly packaging materials upon our customers selection.
